Pre-orders
We have made some styles available to purchase as "Pre-order" even though they had not yet been produced when we listed them. Our reason for this is to keep sales coming in (so bills and staff paid) and to be able to produce on demand (less risk). This has been brilliant for us as we are able to produce exactly what we need! But unfortunately it does mean a delay on shipment (2 - 3 weeks).
Ordering in South Africa
We always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, but due to high order volumes and a small team please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
Standard delivery within South Africa is R100.
We ship to your door free of charge for all orders over R1500
All orders are dispatched with our courier, Courier Guy and arrive within 2-4 working days.
Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online
International Orders
Orders over R5000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount will automatically get R500 shipping added to their order at checkout. We will provide you with a tracking number and courier details and estimated delivery date as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note that you may be charged taxes and customs by the country of entry. These charges are out of our control and are destination specific. GOOD Clothing takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa.
Collections
You are welcome to collect from our studio in town. Room 501, 5th Floor, 62 Roeland Street. Please note, this is a working studio, not a shop. We are open for collection from Mondays to Fridays from 10am till 4pm. There is free parking at the open parking lot next to Food Lovers across the road.
