Job vacancy: Stock Controller
Location: Cape Town City Centre | Part-time (3 days a week)
We’re looking for a hands-on Stock Controller to join our small, dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment. You will work closely with our production and retail teams, assisting with order preparation, stock management, and day-to-day studio coordination. This position offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a local fashion brand operates.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock & Inventory Management

Manage incoming and outgoing stock across retail, wholesale, and online channels

Tag, barcode, and pack new styles into inventory

Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
-
Prepare and maintain studio shop racks and storage systems
- Support with the organization of fabric and trims
Order Fulfilment

Pull, steam, fold, and wrap customer orders for online dispatch

Pack and prepare wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Coordinate with couriers and handle delivery scheduling
Studio Support

Maintain general studio organization and tidiness

Run errands to suppliers when needed

Assist with heavy lifting, setup, and stock movement
- Support the team with deliveries and on-set assistance for shoots when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, moving stock, etc.)
- Confident using digital tools (Google Drive, Excel, Shopify)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy studio environment

Previous studio, warehouse, or retail experience an advantage

We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our team! Someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Admin

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and correspondence

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Update and maintain records on Google Drive, Excel, and QuickBooks
- Support the Director with general personal and office admin
Customer Services
- Handle all customer communications on email and social media

Process returns and exchanges
- Manage wholesale customer communications and follow up on orders
Inventory Support

Create and manage product data across Shopify and Lightspeed

Support with stock management, cost sheets, and price comparisons
- Help prepare reports and documentation for purchasing and production
