Shipping policy
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information.
Pre-orders
We have made some styles available to purchase as "Pre-order" even though they had not yet been produced when we listed them. Our reason for this is to keep sales coming in (so bills and staff paid) and to be able to produce on demand (less risk). This has been brilliant for us as we are able to produce exactly what we need! But unfortunately it does mean a delay on shipment (2 - 3 weeks) of these pre-orders since we were unable to start production during lockdown.
Ordering in South Africa
We ship to your door free of charge for all orders over R1500
Delivery can take up to 7 days but we are usually much faster than that.
All orders are dispatched with Courier Guy and arrive within 2-4 working days.
Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online, this is emailed to you once your order has been processed and is about to be shipped.
International Orders
Orders over R5000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount will automatically get R500 shipping added to their order at checkout. We will provide you with a tracking number and courier details and estimated delivery date as soon as your order has shipped.
Certain discount codes disqualify you for free shipping.
