Preferably handwash, otherwise a gentle machine cold wash, using minimal or gentle detergent and a washing bag to collect any harmful microplastics. Do not twist/wring. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry in the sun. A gentle steaming to restore Poly to its former glory.
